EngAGE in Wellness

Since 1999, EngAGE in Wellness programs have been helping older adults change their health behaviors to strengthen and retain independent lifestyles.
Qualified and paid teachers bring dance, strength training, tai chi, adapted Pilates, water aerobics, healthy cooking, nutrition education and many other exciting programs several times per week onsite, where older adults live, for easy access and engagement.
Our instructors are sensitive to motivating and not over-training seniors new to exercise or recovering from infirmity or illness. EngAGE in Wellness programs thankfully have changed the mindset from the early days when coffee and donuts were all that was offered to seniors to make them feel better.
